Michela Rabbia

Engineer by training, she began working as a consultant in Accenture in the banking business and since then she has covered different roles as functional analyst, project manager and clients onboarding in many banks. After this experience she joined Euronext Milan, formerly Monte Titoli, the Italian CSD, where she gained a very deep knowledge of the Post Trading business. She joined Intesa Sanpaolo in 2017 as product manager in the global custody service, within the Corporate and Investment Banking Division. Along with the standard product management duties, her team deals with regulations impacting the Post Trading industry at both national and international level, relevant internal projects impacting the business and innovative trends. Member of the Post Trading working groups, both at Italian and European level, she is also a participant of the ECB Securities Expert Group reporting to the Amiseco.
